All Qing dynasty and all would have been commissioned by the imperial household for audience halls, palaces and apartments. Includes throne screens, full height standing screens with numerous panels, table screens, hanging panels. A total of 224 amazing examples made from precious woods, intricately carved and inlaid and many panels made from numerous materials including cloisonne, jade, lacquer, embroidery, paintings and calligraphy.
