This important cemetery dates from the Shang and Zhou dynasties. Excavation included 111 burials, 5 chariot and horse pits, sacrificial pits and residential remains. Nearly 10,000 artefacts were found, including 175 bronze ritual vessels, 345 pieces and groups of jade objects, weaponry, bronze parts of chariots and horse harnesses plus extensive pottery.
