Two-volume catalogue produced to accompany a loan exhibition at the Zhejiang Provincial Museum in Hangzhou, China, predominantly showing extremely fine and rare gold jewellery, together with silver bowls, utensils and some ceramics and jade. All the items excavated from a number of royal tombs of the Ming dynasty Jing Fiefdom located at Qichun in Hubei province. The fiefdom was established in the Yongle reign and endured throughout the dynasty. A volume of text with highly-detailed essays and studies is accompanied by a second volume of colour plates. The first extensive publication on these finds. In Chinese.
