Shows a couple of very early Warring States items, then extensive amounts of Tang and Song ceramics, a few Yuan examples, some Ming items and extensive amounts of simply superb Qing ceramics, many from the imperial collection. The ceramics accompanied by very fine examples of paintings, woodblock-printed books and other objects pertaining to the development and spread of the culture and philosophy of tea in China over the millennia.
