Detailed excavation report of the Yueyao kiln site at Silongkou near Cixi city in Zhejiang province. The Silongkou kiln began production no later than the late Tang dynasty and flourished through the Five Dynasties and the Song. This report is illustrated throughout with numerous pieces of Yueyao ware - nearly intact, fragments and shards, together with drawings of how the complete ware would have looked. An important contribution to the knowledge of this ware and porcelain production at the time. Five page English abstract. Main text in Chinese.
