Xue Jing died in 720 AD and was married into, and closely related to, the Tang dynasty royal family. Located in southern Shanxi province, the tomb is of a large scale and has been robbed at least 3 times over the centuries. Of most interest are the tomb murals and the large stone sarcophagus which bears very fine engravings depicting scenes of flowers and birds and men and women in fine costumes. In Chinese.
