Marvellous and highly-detailed archaeological report on finds at the Qinshihuangdi mausoleum from 2001 to 2003. Includes much new information on the area of the mausoleum precinct, together with the finds in pit K0007 of the life-size bronze birds, plus accompanying terracotta figures, variously described as musicians or rowers and punters. Also contains much detail on the finds of stone suits of armour and their restoration. Other finds include numerous human skeletons buried together, presumed to be those of labourers on the site.
