An individual volume of the eleven volume set covering the celebrated Eumorfopoulos collection formed in England in the early part of the twentieth century. Comprises Volume Two of the six volumes which describe and illustrate ceramics in the collection. The ceramics shown are nearly all Chinese and date from the Tang through to the Ming dynasties with a very strong showing of Song ceramics, many quite superb. The 75 pages of plates, which show numerous pieces, are mainly black-and-white but have a good number with tipped-in colour plates showing some of the finest ceramics. In fine condition. Rare.
